I go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

헬스장에 가요 최소한 1주일에 3번

 

Twice during weekdays and once on weekends.

주중에(평일에) 두 번 그리고 주말에는 한번

 

On weekdays, I usually go in the morning, before I go to work.

평일에는 보통 아침에, 출근하기 전에 가요.
